This year we decided to make summer trip to Norway. We haven’t been there for seven years so we were pretty excited.
We loaded our camper with kayaks and bikes and started our adventure. First stop were at Friedrichshafen at Adidas summit and Outdoorshow. We had nice reunion with old friends and meet some new team members. Evening’s barbecue was great way how to make a new friendships. Next day we spent at Outdoorshow watching new products and meeting even more friends from the outdoor world. From there we started our way to Norway. We didn’t hurry as we were one week ahead of our friends. When you are traveling with kid you have to plan your way with some interesting stops. We did few stops on the way to entertain our little one. Most of them were unplanned and even more better. We found forest reservation with monkeys and other animals. Random lake full of colorful fishes, entertainment park, beach with nice playground and many more. It’s always fun to explore surroundings spontaneously. When we got to Norway we had still few day till our company to paddle with arrive. We stopped at Sjoa and paddled it solo. One was with Petko and other one paddling. It was nice easy river good for warm up. When guys arrived we moved from Sjoa to the direction of Voss. This time Norway was dried but we still found some pretty good rivers. When guys were paddling I took a bike and we went for our little adventure with Petko. Fortunately they was nice and took me on the water as well. I was even able to paddle with Peter while our friend was babysitting Petko. My highlight was while paddling Raundalselva. Morning glory was a long rapid with great gradient looking a bit scary to me but at the end it was awesome fun. I am in love with Norway’s nature. It’s so beautiful. Everywhere we moved was something to watch. We were lucky to have a great weather so we could admire this beauties and enjoy it. Great fjords, huge waterfals, lovely houses, lots of animals and nice people. Kayaking, biking, hiking and traveling is awesome combination and that right key for a perfect holiday for us. It’s hard to explain it by words so here are some photos. Enjoy :)
