Daming the nile premiere in Paddler cafe
Finally after longer time I had a time to finish the movie from Uganda. We have been there three times so this time I wanted to make the movie not just about kayaking. Kayaking on the Nile is an awesome experience but unfortunately this will end up soon. The glorious rapids of the Nile will be destroyed in one or two years. Some of them are already gone some are changed. So if you still thinking if to go you need to hurry up to don’t miss it. We really love this river and we would like to show the world…

Premietanie Daming the Nile
Ahoj dňa 10.11.2009 sa bude konať premietanie ( premiéra ) nového filmu o stavaní vodnej elektrárne v Ugande a zároveň premietanie fotiek od Jana Nováka.
Začiatok o 20:00 slide show Janových fotiek z Nepálu a potom nasleduje 14min film z Ugandy. Duco nám zatiaľ prisľúbil kapelu takže bude krutá pohoda.Všetkých teda pozývame do Paddler cafe nech prídu !!!Peter

Worlds 2009 recap
The Worlds are over and we are finally after long time back home. We didn't have a time to post any articles during the Worlds so now I can write to you more about it. As you may know we were training in Norway on Skjak right before. It was good trip and very useful training but we weren't the only one who traveled so far to get prepared for the biggest event of the year. Ahoj ,Tak ako ste si iste všimli tak Majtrovstvá sveta sú už zahájené. Vlna je veľmi náročná často vyplavuje na čo doplatilo pomerne veľa kajakárov. Bojom do štvrť prešlo 30 mužov. Ja som skončil na 2. Mieste po Nickovi T. Z Kanady a na tretiom mieste skončil Billy Harrys taktiež z Kanady. Ako sme zystili tak sa dá zdvojnásobovať triky opakovaním vďaka čomu Nick má o dosť navch. No čo už tak sa teda musíme prispôsobiť a snažiť sa ďalej o postupy.Nine sa kvalifikácia nepodarila tak ako by si predstavovala, ale na postup jej to stačilo išla z 19.…
Thun- majstrovstvá Sveta
Ahoj ,Tak sme tu už týždeň, bohužial vlna moc dobrá nebývala dá sa povedať že veľa krát sme sa v nej ani nechytili. Tak teda aspoň dúfame že budeme mať dobrý puls vody. Trénujeme vačšinou po nociach tak okolo 3 ráno čo nič moc nie je. Dnes je open ceremony na námesti a zajtra sa začínajú rozjazdy K1 mužov. Norway part 2
After two weeks in awesome country Norway it’s time to leave. We are going to south with hope for warmer weather. I think now we are ready for the worlds. We were traing in Skjak on Euro wave. We were quite lucky that wave was working almost the whole time. Just last 2 days was too cold so the level dropped and I wasn’t able to kayak in my carbon boat without touching the bottom. Norway part 1
About a week ago we had a discussion with Nina where to go to train for the Worlds in Thun. We was looking for the pegels all around the Europe and we couldn’t find a solution where to go. It was pretty cool that until this moment was lot of rain and some waves was working , but now there was no possibility to kayak on a wave. We actually have a small one on our whitewater course in Cunovo where is possible to do the wave tricks sometimes with lot of air but the wave is just for one trick…
Graz session with Project cx
After upgrading my new project We went to Graz to test the boat. As you know the boat is made from Kevlar bottom and carbon upper part. The boat is very light stiff and how I sad before there are couple new changes which make it a bit different from the project 52. There was really important to repair same things around the seat. It took me some time to figure out how the reinforcing of the outfitting should be but now it’s done and I been paddling the boat more than 10 trainings. Of course it isn’t possible to paddle…
